When will my order be delivered?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. This way, you'll always know exactly where your order is and when it's expected to be delivered. Shipping takes an average of 2 to 4 business days.

The status of my shipment hasn't changed. What can I do?
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours (on working days) for the initial delivery status of your shipment to be visible. Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days in Austria and Germany.

How can I track my order?
To track your package, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping partner.

The average delivery time for packages within Austria and Germany is 2-4 business days. Delivery times to other countries can be found at the top of the page.
How will my order be shipped?
Within Austria, your parcels are shipped via the Austrian Post. Outside of Austria, your parcels are shipped via DHL.
The exact shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country.
