What is the black soldier fly?

Originating from the family of soldier flies, this insect can grow to a length of 14 mm (male) to 17 mm (female). Slender and consisting almost entirely of protein, it is primarily used as a feed insect in livestock farming.

Starting in 2017, we quickly discovered that the black soldier fly is a perfect protein source for dogs that are very food-sensitive or allergic.

In addition to its very easy digestibility, dogs especially love the nutty aroma of the black soldier fly – for this reason alone, entoVITAL is often eaten up faster than many dog ​​owners would like 😉
